Refund/Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Johnnie J. O’Dell Jr.. This website is owned and operated by Johnnie J. O’Dell Jr.. By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following Refund/cancellation policy as stated in this policy.

This agreement is in effect as of  June 20, 2018.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation (client request) Notice of cancellation is required by email. Cancellation will have effect from the end of the current service month.

2. Cancellation (service provider request) We reserve the right to cease providing service in the event that fees are not paid within 3 days of the due date.

We may also cancel for other reasons from the end of the current service period; however we are obliged to provide service up until the end of the period.

3. Payment Setup fees and other additional charges (such as but not limited to landing page design) are due in advance of work commencing.

Monthly management fees are due monthly on the monthly anniversary of the agreement date.
